Tender for Supply and Delivery of Metrology Equipment

Background
- The Ministry of Trade, Industry and Business Development has been allocated funds by the Government of Lesotho for the acquisition of Metrology Equipment.
- The Ministry invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply and delivery of the above goods.
- Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open National Competitive Bidding method contained in the Public Procurement Act and is open to all national bidders.
- Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address indicated under Section 8(a), from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- The bidding document, prepared in English, may be purchased by interested bidders upon submission of a written application to the address indicated under Section 8(b) and payment of a non-refundable fee of M1,000.00. Payment shall be made in cash.
- Bids must be delivered to the address indicated under Section 8(c) on or before 10:00 a.m. on 7 September 2026.
- All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of M20,000.00.
- Bid securities must remain valid until 7 December 2026.
- Late bids will be rejected.
- Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address indicated under Section 8(d) at 10:00 a.m. on 7 September 2026.
- There shall be no pre-bid meeting.
