Invitation to Bid
The Road Fund Secretariat invites bids from suitably qualified local companies with the capacity to supply and deliver Core IP-PBX Platform and computers.

Bidders may bid for any lot or all lots. However, bidders who choose Lot 2 must bid for all items under that lot.
Requirements
- Bidders must comply with all tax and licensing obligations.
- Valid Tax Clearance Certificate must be submitted.
- Valid Trader’s Licence or Business Identity Card must be submitted.
- Delivery must be completed within four (4) weeks from receipt of the official purchase order.
- Bid security of 2% of the bidder’s total bid amount is required, in the form of a bank guarantee.
