Background and Requirements
The Road Fund Secretariat invites bids from suitably qualified local companies with the capacity to supply a Core IP-PBX platform and computers.

- Lot 2
- 14-inch Notebook Next Generation AI PC – Quantity: 5
- G5 23.8-inch FHD All-in-One PC – Quantity: 14
- 14-inch WUXGA AI Mobile Workstation – Quantity: 8
Bidders may submit bids for any lot or all lots. However, bidders applying for Lot 2 must submit bids for all three items under that lot.
Mandatory Requirements
- Bidders must be compliant with tax and licensing obligations, and must submit:
- A valid Tax Clearance Certificate
- A valid Trader’s Licence or Business Identity Card
- Delivery timeline:
- Goods must be delivered within a maximum period of four (4) weeks from the date of receiving the official purchase order
- Bid security:
- All bids must be accompanied by bid security equivalent to 2% of the bidder’s total bid amount
- The bid security must be in the form of a bank guarantee
