Tender for Supply and Delivery of ICT Equipment
Invitation to Bid
The Road Fund Secretariat invites proposals from suitably qualified and locally registered suppliers with the capacity to supply and deliver ICT equipment as per the specifications outlined below.
Requirements
- Bid Security:
- Must be issued by a reputable banking or insurance company registered with the Central Bank of Lesotho
- Valued at 2% of the bid amount
- Compliance Documents:
- Valid Company Tax Clearance
- Valid and relevant Trader’s License
- Delivery Timeline:
- Delivery must be completed within a maximum of six (6) weeks from receipt of the official purchase order
