Bid Notice Under Open Competitive Tendering
Tender for Supply and Delivery of Firefighting Water Trailer – LEGCO/FWT/08/2025–2026
- The Lesotho Electricity Generation Company has allocated funds to be used for the acquisition of a firefighting water trailer.
- The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above supplies.
- Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open national bidding method contained in the Public Procurement Act and is open to all bidders.
- Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 8(a) from 8:30 a.m. to 16:00 p.m. or via email at [email protected].
- The bidding documents in English may be requested by interested bidders at the address below at 8(b).
- Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8(c) on or before 18 December 2025 at 11:00 a.m. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Two Thousand Maloti only. Bid securities must be valid until 25 April 2026. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 8(d) at 11:30 a.m. on 18 December 2025.
- There shall be no pre-bid meeting.
