Vehicles may be viewed at the World Vision Lesotho premises located at:
Ha Tsolo, next to Lifefo Complex

Viewing Dates: From 13 July 2026
Viewing Hours: 09:00 hrs – 16:00 hrs
Bid Submission Requirements
Interested bidders are required to:
- Pay a refundable bid bond of M5,000.00 per vehicle
- Register by emailing the bidder/company name and proof of bid bond payment
- Submit bids electronically through the COUPA World Vision International Procurement System
Upon receipt of proof of payment, the tender invitation will be issued through the COUPA procurement system.
Bid Submission Instructions
All bids must:
- Be submitted electronically through the COUPA system
- Be typed and clearly uploaded in a zipped folder named “Tender for Sale of Vehicles”
- Include the following documents:
- Bidder’s name
- Contact details
- Proof of payment of the bid bond
- Bid note listing the vehicle registration numbers being bid for
Bid Closing Date
17 July 2026 at 13:00 hrs
Important Notes
- Vehicles will be sold on an “as is” basis.
- Vehicles will be awarded to the highest responsive bidder.
- Successful bidders will be notified by email and must pay the remaining balance within ten (10) working days of notification.
- Unsuccessful bidders will also be notified by email, and bid bond refunds will be processed within ten (10) working days.
