TENDER NOTICE NUMBER 1 OF 2025/2026
TENDER FOR REMODELING AND REFURBISHMENT OF HIGH COURT OF LESOTHO SOUTHERN DIVISION
The Judiciary invites bids from eligible and qualified contractors for the rehabilitation and renovation of the Southern Division High Court of Lesotho. Interested contractors may obtain the tender document at the High Court of Lesotho, Procurement Unit first floor. The cost of the document is M2,000.00 payable at the accounts’ office on the ground floor.
Sealed tender documents clearly marked “Tender for Remodelling and Refurbishment of the High Court Southern Division” must be deposited into the tender box situated at the foyer next to the Procurement office on the 1st floor, on or before 1200hrs on the 16th May 2025. Late tenders will not be accepted. Opening of the tenders will be on the same date at 1215hrs at the High Court board room. Interested bidders are invited for the bid opening, only one bidder’s representative may attend.

Mandatory requirements for submission of tenders:
- Relevant and valid trader’s licence certified from source
- Valid tax clearance certified from source
- Certificate of bonafide tendering
- Memorandum and articles of association
- Copy of audited company accounts
- Compulsory site visit on the 12th May 2025 (certificate of attendance)
