INVITATION TO TENDER
Letšeng Diamonds (Letšeng) invites tenders from suitably qualified companies for the provision of Storage Arrays at Letšeng Diamond Mine, Letšeng-la-Terae, Mokhotlong.
COLLECTION AND SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS
Tender documents may be obtained on Letšeng Diamonds website (www.letsengdiamonds.co.ls) from 12h00 on Monday 30 August 2021. Submissions must be made in One Hard Copy and One Electronic Copy in a flash drive, in sealed envelopes bearing no identity of the company, and marked “Provision of Storage Arrays”. The sealed envelopes must be submitted to Letšeng Diamonds at Letšeng Diamonds House, Cnr. Kingsway and Old School Road, Maseru, Lesotho or at Letšeng Diamond Mine, Letšeng-la-Terae, Mokhotlong, where a register of submissions shall be kept.
PRESCRIBED FORMAT FOR SUBMISSION
Respondents shall submit the required documents in the order prescribed in the tender document.
CLOSING DATE
The closing date for submissions is Friday 10 September 2021 at 12h00.
DISCLAIMER
This tender is issued subject to the standard terms and conditions for the supply of goods and services to Letšeng Diamonds and is open to both Lesotho and internationally registered companies. No joint ventures will be accepted. Preference shall be given to service providers who demonstrate support for staffing, procurement and enterprise Development of Lesotho nationals.
Letšeng Diamonds will neither be responsible for nor pay any expenses or losses which the proposer may incur in response to this invitation. Letšeng reserves the right to withdraw this tender at any stage without notice.
