INVITATION TO TENDER
TENDER NOTICE (LEC/PO-960/2019/20
TENDER FOR PROVISION OF SEMONKONG ACCESS ROAD REPAIRS
The Lesotho Electricity Company (Pty) Ltd (LEC) is pleased to invite you to submit your tenders for completing the works below following the terms and conditions: –
1.The contract involves but not limited to the following requirements:
Semonkong Access Road repairs
2.Tenderers shall be expected to pay M2000.00 (Two Thousand Maloti only) for purchase of the document and M5000.00 (Five Thousand Maloti only) for bid security. The bid security MUST be in the form of a Bank guaranteed cheque.
3.There will be a compulsory site visit on 9th March, 2020 at 10:00hrs. Bidders must assemble at LEC offices in Semonkong at 10:00hrs.
4.The tendering companies MUST attach the following document:
• Company Registration Certificate
• Tax Clearance Certificate
• Traders License
Sealed Bids clearly marked “TENDER FOR PROVISION OF SEMONKONG ACCESS ROAD REPAIRS” bearing no identification of the bidder, must be deposited into the tender box located at LEC Management Office Block reception, Headquarters, on or before 24th March, 2020 at 14:15hrs. Bids will be opened on the same day immediately following closure, in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend. Bids MUST be accompanied by a refundable bid security of M5000.00
