Contract Title: Tender for Provision of Security Services
- Lesotho Postal Services (LPS) invites sealed tenders from eligible suppliers for provision of Security Services.
- Tender documents are obtainable from LPS Procurement Unit, Post Office Building 2nd Floor, Kingsway, Maseru from 06 February 2023 from 08:30hrs to 15:30hrs. Documents will be offered after payment of non-refundable tender participation fee of M1 000.00.
- Prospective bidders must attach the following to their tenders:
- Valid and relevant Security Registration Certificate (Form 2A) certified at source
- Valid Tax Clearance certified at source
- Certified Firearm Certificate(s)
- Refundable Bid Security of 1% of the tender price
- Signed Certificate of Bona Fide Tendering
- Sealed tenders (1 original and 4 copies) bearing no identification of the tenderer, clearly marked “Provision of Security Services for LPS” must be deposited in the tender box situated at Moposo House, 3rd Floor, Reception Area on or before 21 March 2023 at 12:30hrs.
- Interested eligible suppliers may request clarification in writing from the LPS Procurement Unit, Post Office Building, 2nd Floor or email Miss ‘Mamokhethi Moshabe at the following email address: [email protected] copy to [email protected]
- LPS is not bound to accept the lowest or any price.
