INVITATION TO TENDER
Letšeng Diamonds invites tenders from suitably qualified companies for provision of Manned Guarding Security Services.
COLLECTION AND SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS
Tender documents may be obtained from the Letšeng Diamond website www.letsengdiamonds.co.ls from Monday 25 March 2024.
Submissions must be made in One Hard Copy and One Electronic Copy on Flash Drive, in sealed envelopes bearing no identity of the company, and marked “TENDER FOR PROVISION OF MANNED SECURITY SERVICES”. The sealed envelopes must be submitted at Letšeng Diamond House, Cnr. Kingsway and Old School Roads, Maseru Lesotho or alternatively at Letšeng Diamonds Mine, Letšeng la Terae, Mokhotlong where a register of submissions shall be kept.
PRESCRIBED FORMAT FOR SUBMISSION
Respondents shall submit the required documents in the order prescribed in Instructions to tenderers in the tender document.

The closing date for submissions is Friday 5 April 2024 at 12h00

This tender is issued subject to the standard terms and conditions for supply of goods and services to Letšeng Diamonds and is open to Lesotho registered companies. Preference shall be given to service providers who demonstrate support for staffing, Procurement and Enterprise Development of Lesotho Nationals.
Letšeng Diamonds will neither be responsible for, nor pay for any expenses or losses which the proposer may incur in response to this invitation. Letšeng reserves the right to withdraw this tender at any stage without notice.
