- Submission Deadline:
Sealed bids bearing no identification of the bidder and clearly marked “Tender for Property Maintenance for KEL Property Company (Pty) Ltd” must be hand-delivered to the KELPC offices (reception area) on or before Monday, 21st July 2025. - Eligibility Requirements – Applications must include the following:
- Company or business profile
- Valid tax clearance certificate and trader’s license
- Bank confirmation letter
- Three (3) recommendation letters (dated within the last five years)
