Habitat for Humanity Lesotho hereby invites tenders from construction companies interested in contracting their services for: TENDER FOR MAINTENANCE OF RURAL WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM AT HA- KHORO MAFETENG.
Work Description: The title of the tender is: TENDER FOR MAINTENANCE OF RURAL WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM AT HA KHORO MAFETENG AREA 2023. This tender is for the construction of rural water supply systems. The work includes construction of pipelines, water reservoirs, standpipes, silt-boxes, solar and electrical pumping components etc at Ha Khoro including supply of all required materials and payment of village labour. The works shall be carried out in accordance with the DRWS standards and specifications. All materials shall be in accordance with DRWS specifications. Additional information and requirements are as specified in the Tender Documents.
Bidder Qualifications
To tender for the proposed contract, bidders must be in DRWS category C and registered companies in Lesotho.
Tender Submission
The bid documents will be available from Habitat for Humanity Lesotho situated at Alliance Park, Unit 1, 1st Floor, 4 Bowker Road from 13th @0900hrs to 14th at 1200hrs November 2023 at a non- refundable fee of NIL per document. Drawings are available at M2000.00 per copy at Habitat Lesotho office. The method of payment shall be cash in accounts office. Bidders must produce the receipt obtained from accounts office to Procurement Unit for the collection of bid documents. Tenders to be submitted at Habitat for Humanity offices on the 8th December 2023 before 12 noon.
Pre-tender site visit
A compulsory pre-tender site visit shall be on the 10th November 2023 at 9.00 am (assemble at DRWS Mafeteng district offices and proceed to Ha Khoro). The closing date for this tender is 10.00 am on the 29th November 2023. Bid documents must be deposited to the Habitat for Humanity Tender Box situated at the entrance of Habitat for Humanity Offices, Alliance Park, 4 Bowker Road.
Tender Opening
Bids will be opened on the closing date of submission at 10:30am in the presence of bidders or their representatives who wish to attend at the following address: Habitat for Humanity Tender Box situated at the entrance of Habitat for Humanity Offices, Alliance Park, 4 Bowker Road.
