JOB ADVERTISEMENT
- Lesotho Housing and Land Development Corporation (LHLDC) requests proposals from reputable companies to provide maintenance and fitting of Aluminum doors & windows, kitchen cabinets, wardrobes and fitting of tiles in designated areas of LHLDC estates for two (2) years.
- All bidders must attach the following documents to their bids:
- Traders License (Up to date)
- Tax compliance certificates (Up to date)
- Site visit (Duly signed attendance register)
- Company resolution (Duly signed by Shareholders)
- Purchase receipt of RFP (Original)
- Bid security per Lot (M10,000.00)
- There shall be a mandatory site visit and pre-bid meeting on the 11th June 2025 at Letsie Flats, opposite South African High Commission at 10:00 a.m. All companies’ representatives shall be required to sign the attendance register.
- A detailed document shall be obtainable at the non-refundable fee of M2,000.00 per Lot from the Procurement Unit from the 30th May 2025 at the addresses in paragraph 6 below.
- Interested companies shall submit their proposals at the addresses in paragraph 6 below on or before the 27th June 2025 at 12:00 noon. Proposals shall be opened at 12:15 p.m. in the presence of all representatives who wish to attend.
