MAINTAINING AND RUNNING OF STUDENTS RESIDENTS
The Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security through its department Lesotho Agricultural College invites tenders from eligible bidders for; the Maintaining and Running of Students Residents in Maseru and Leribe Campus
2. Tender Issuance and Submission
Tender documents are available at the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security (Procurement Unit) at non-refundable fee of M2000.00 (two thousand maloti) from Tuesday, 24 September, 2019 until Tuesday 29 October, 2019. Tender document is payable at cash at the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security Head Quarters, Accounts office, 80 Constitution Roads, Maseru. Receipt issued by Accounts, must be submitted to the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security Procurement Unit for collection of the Tender Document.
Bid responses from competent bidders must be submitted in one (1) original and four (4) hard copies to the Ministry`s Tender Box situated at the Ministry of Agriculture Administration Building Ground Floor., not later than 12:30 afternoon, 5 November, 2019. The Bid documents must be in a sealed envelope bearing no identification of bidder marked “Tender No 10 of 2019/2020, Maintaining and Running of Students Residents”.
All tenders will be opened on Tuesday 5 November, 2019 at 15:00 hours at the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security Boardroom.
Interested bidders are expected to come for site Inspection on Monday 14 October, 2019 Agric College Leribe at 10am, and Monday 14 October, 2019 Agric College Maseru at 2pm.
3. CLARIFICATIONS
