TENDER NOTICE
Tender Title: Drilling of 10 Boreholes and Rehabilitation of 20 Boreholes
Introduction
The Ministry of Natural Resources (MNR), through its Department of Water Affairs (DWA), has received funds from the Government of Lesotho to procure services for the drilling of boreholes and rehabilitation of old boreholes across the ten districts of Lesotho. MNR hereby invites tenders from suitable companies for the drilling of 10 boreholes and rehabilitation of 20 boreholes.
Work Description
- Drilling of 10 boreholes
- Rehabilitation of 20 boreholes

Bidder Qualifications
- Valid Drilling Contractor Certificate issued by the Department of Water Affairs
- Registered company in Lesotho
- Bid Security: M20,000.00 in the form of a bank guarantee, valid for 120 days

- Date: 21 July 2025
- Time: 10:00 AM
- Venue: Department of Rural Water Supply (DRWS) Resources Centre, Khubetsoana
- Note: This meeting is compulsory. No site visits are planned, but bidders are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the districts and sites.

- Deadline to Obtain Documents: 8 August 2025
- Fee: M2,000.00 (non-refundable, payable in cash)

- Sealed financial proposal
