Drilling, Blasting and Clearance for Rural Roads Project
1. Background
The Ministry of Local Government, Chieftainship, Home Affairs and Police has received funds from the Government of Lesotho to be used for Drilling and Blasting and clearance for 3,200 cubic metres for the Lesala‑Matekane Rural Road Project, with 120 sited drainage cubic metres.
2. Invitation
The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above services.
NB: A valid Blasting Certificate is a pre‑requisite.
3. Procurement Method
Open Competitive Tendering in accordance with the Public Procurement Act of 2023 and Procurement Manual of 2025.

5. Bidding Documents
Bidding documents are available at the Mohale’s Hoek District Council Accounts Office at a non‑refundable fee of M2,500.00.
