Design and Build for Rehabilitation of Qoaling Road (Machabachaba) and Ha-Abia Main Road Adverse Conditions
Reference: MCC/RD/DB/QA/01/2025
- The Maseru City Council has allocated funds from the Government of Lesotho (Road Fund) to be used for the Design and Build for Rehabilitation of Qoaling Road (Machabachaba) and Ha-Abia Main Road Adverse Conditions.
- The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above works.
- Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open International Bidding method contained in the Public Procurement Act, 2023, and is open to all eligible bidders.
- Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address listed under 8(a) from 27 November 2025 during working hours.
- Bidders may obtain soft-copy bidding documents at no cost (upon acquiring a valid Maseru City Council Municipal Clearance Certificate) when purchasing a hard copy from:

Hard copies are available for a non-refundable fee of LSL 2,500.00, between 09:00 and 16:30, Monday to Friday, from 27 November 2025.
Payment Method: Cash / Card / Mobile Money (EFT / Ecocash / Mpesa) at MCC cashier.
- Bids must be deposited in the tender box at the address under 8(c) on or before 22 January 2026.
All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Securing Declaration, valid until 27 May 2026.
Late submissions will be rejected.
Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend, on the same day, at 14:15 at the address under 8(d). - A pre-bid meeting and site visit will be held on 11 December 2025. Further details are indicated in the procurement schedule.
