The Roads Directorate has funds available for the Supply and Delivery of Road Construction Nano Modified Emulsions, Ref No. RD/NME/001-2025/2026.
1. Invitation to Bid
The Roads Directorate (RD) invites sealed bids from eligible tenderers for the supply and delivery of Nano Modified Emulsions.
This invitation is open to SADC region bidders who can supply and deliver Nano Modified Emulsions to the Roads Directorate in Lesotho.
2. Pre-Tender Briefing
A compulsory pre-tender briefing will be held on Friday, 5th September 2025 at 10:00 hrs
Venue: Roads Directorate Boardroom, Ground Floor

3. Tender Requirements
- Sealed envelopes clearly labelled as per Instructions to Tenderers
- Bid Security of M5,000.00 in the form of a Bank Guarantee
- Valid Tax Clearance Certificate and Trader’s License, certified at source
- One (1) original, three (3) copies, and one (1) soft copy (on memory stick)
- All documents must be clearly marked “original” or “copy”
- Envelope must be sealed and marked:
“SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ROAD CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS – NANO MODIFIED EMULSIONS Ref No. RD/001/NME/2025/2026”
4. Submission Details
Deadline: Thursday, 18th September 2025 at 10:00 hrs
Opening: Same day at 10:30 hrs
