Overview
The Government of Lesotho, through the Ministry of Local Government, Chieftainship, Home Affairs and Police, invites sealed bids from suitably qualified construction companies (locally registered Category A or B Contractors with the Ministry of Public Works and Transport – BDS) for the construction of Thabana-Morena Police Post.

Mandatory Documents

- Valid Tax Clearance (certified at source)
- Valid Registration of Building Constructors (certified at source, Ministry of Works category certificate)
- Refundable Bid Security of 1% of the bid price
- Power of Attorney for the authorised signatory
- Bid validity of 90 days from the date of submission
- Authority to seek references from the bank
- Information regarding litigation

- Assembly Area: Thabana-Morena Police Post at 11:00
- Note: Bidders must ensure registration at the meeting
