1. Background
The Government of Lesotho has received financing from the World Bank for the Lesotho Education Improvement Project (LEIP). Part of the funds will be used for the construction of Science Laboratories, Workshops, Latrines, and associated works in selected Secondary Schools, as well as the construction of Classrooms and Latrines in selected Primary Schools.
2. Scope of Works and Packages
The project contains four (4) packages with multiple lots.
Bidders may bid for any number of lots in any package.

3. Procurement Method
Bidding will follow National Competitive Bidding procedures based on the World Bank Procurement Regulations (Sixth Edition, February 2025).
