TENDER NOTICE
TENDER REF: LCS TENDER NO.4 OF 2025/26
Tenders are invited from legally registered and suitably qualified companies and suppliers for Construction of green house, mini abattoir, milking parlor, packaging room, pasteurizer and cold room, supply of poultry( layers and broiler) and equipment, dairy cows, medication and feeds for Ministry of Law and Justice (Lesotho Correctional Service department)
Tender documents shall be obtainable at Ministry of Law and Justice Accounts Thobosheaneng during working hours, at non-refundable fee of M2000.00 (Two Thousand Maloti only) from 17th November 2025
Site Visits
There is a mandatory site visit scheduled from 26th November 2025 at 09:30 am at Maseru Open Camp (Lepper) and 27th November 2025 at 09:30am at JTC and Female Correctional Institution
Tender document shall be deposited in the tender box situated at Ministry of Law and Justice Opposite LTDC Next to OLD Parliament.
Deadline for submission of tenders is TUESDAY 16th DECEMBER, 2025 at 10:00 am and shall be opened the same day at 10:00 am in the presence of bidders or their representatives who chose to attend.
Sealed Tenders should be clearly marked: CONSTRUCTION OF GREEN HOUSE, MINI ABATTOIR, MILKING PARLOUR, PACKAGING ROOM, PASTEURISER AND COLD ROOM, SUPPLY OF POULTRY (LAYER AND BROILER) AND EQUIPMENT, DAIRY COWS, MEDICATION AND FEEDS” All prices must include 15.00 % vat.
LATE TENDERS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
