Tender Reference: Animal Feeds for LAC – MAFSN/G005/2026/27
Background
The Ministry of Agriculture, Food Security and Nutrition has received funding from the Government of Lesotho to be used for the acquisition of animal feeds for LAC.
Invitation
The Ministry invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above-mentioned goods.
Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open national bidding method contained in the Public Procurement Act and is open to all bidders.
Access to Bidding Documents
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address provided below during office hours (08:00 to 16:30).
The bidding document, in English, may be purchased upon submission of a written application and payment of a non-refundable fee of M500.00. Payment must be made in cash at the Ministry.
Submission of Bids
- Submission deadline: 25 June 2026 at 14:00 hours
- Bids must be delivered to the address specified below
- All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Securing Declaration
- The Bid Securing Declaration must be valid until 30 October 2026
Late bids will be rejected.

Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend:
