Temporary Project Manager — Leribe Grandmother Home Repairs (3-month contract)

Help Lesotho seeks a temporary Project Manager with significant home construction expertise and construction project management experience. The Project Manager will oversee repairs to 65 grandmother homes (roof repair, door and window installation, wall repair, etc.) in Leribe (Hlotse and Pitseng). The Project Manager will manage the selection and contract stipends of youth (graduates of Help Lesotho programs) to assist with completing the repairs.

Interested applicants should submit a business profile that highlights their relevant experience and their rate for a three-month contract of this nature (excluding supplies).

The Project Manager will be responsible for:
• Following Help Lesotho’s procurement process to source supplies;
• Determining the repair plan for each identified grandmother home;
• Providing the required basic tools (or renting specialty tools if needed);
• Selecting youth (with construction experience) to complete repairs;
• Overseeing all repair work to ensure high quality; and
• Maximizing efficiencies of this project to ensure that all repairs can be completed within the timeframe and budget.

Requirements:
• Minimum 5-years construction experience
• Minimum 3-years project management experience
• Proven financial experience (budget management)
