TEMPORARY EXAM INVIGILATORS WANTED
Maseru Private Academy is looking for reliable, responsible and professional individuals to join our team as Temporary Exam Invigilators for the upcoming Cambridge IGCSE October/November 2026 examinations.
Temporary Contract: October – November 2026
Responsibilities
Exam Invigilators will be responsible for:
- Ensuring examinations are conducted according to Cambridge examination regulations and school procedures.
- Maintaining a quiet, calm and controlled examination environment.
- Supervising learners throughout the examination.
- Ensuring examination rules and procedures are strictly followed.
- Assisting with the distribution and collection of examination materials.
- Reporting any irregularities or incidents to the Examination Officer/Coordinator.
- Maintaining confidentiality and the integrity of the examination process.
Requirements
We are looking for individuals who are:
- Reliable and punctual.
- Responsible, attentive and trustworthy.
- Professional and well-presented.
- Able to remain focused for extended periods.
- Comfortable working with learners.
- Able to follow instructions and examination procedures carefully.
- Available to work during the October/November 2026 examination period.
Previous invigilation or examination experience will be an advantage, but training will be provided.
