Purpose of the job
• To provide a consistently High Quality frontline transactional service to customers encompassing of acceptance of deposits, the sales and purchasing of foreign currencies and the provision of change
• To understand the risks associated with the handling of cash and maintain effective controls to manage these risks

Qualifications & experience
• Degree in Accounting, Information Systems Management, Data Science, Applied Mathematics and Statistics
• Dedicated and Client Focused with excellent communication skills
• A good understanding of the entire Bank’s full range of products
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Experience in Self Service Channels
