Position: Teller
Responsibilities
• Issue C- Pay float and cash to C-Pay Mega-Agents and Agents.
• Assist walk in clients with Cash-ins and Cash-outs.
• Perform daily Reconciliations of the cash drawers.
• Perform daily reconciliations of the Head Office agent
• Process C-Pay Transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with established policies and regulations.
• Manage risks in every transaction and detect fraudulent transactions to prevent losses
• Handle float and cash replenishment with the bank and G4S
Skills
• Proven working experience in banking, retail banking, personal banking or financial services.
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Attention to detail and mathematical skills
• Customer satisfaction oriented.
• Excellent sales skills
Experience
• One (1) year experience in customer service and banking and /or Cash Handling
