What You’ll Do:
🔹 Make sales calls and follow up with customers
🔹 Listen and understand customer needs
🔹 Use scripts and record all calls
🔹 Help customers with loan applications

What We Need:
🔹 Good communication skills
🔹 Friendly and customer-focused
🔹 Basic computer skills
🔹 1–2 years customer service experience (call centre a plus)
🔹 Speak English & Setswana
