Telecom Expense Analyst will review all telecom invoices for the client and search for potential savings, service improvements, and contract discrepancies.

This position will be responsible for:
- Reviewing telecom invoicing for voice and data services from carriers, including but not limited to POTS service, cable internet, DSL, MPLS, VoIP, cellular services.
- Reviewing carrier contract and obtaining CSR.
- Finding any incorrect vendor billing.
- Submitting requests to vendors for corrections and credits.
- Follow up to confirm corrections are made and credits are issued.
- Track all telecommunications expense and provide reports to client management.
- Field any questions or requests regarding telecommunications expense from the client andattend IT/Finance meetings as needed.
The ideal candidate will have experience with both landline and wireless service. Excellent communication and organizational skills required. Candidate must have good problem-solving skills and should have the ability to work with little supervision.This is a remote position and candidate will be responsible for adequate computer, internet connection, phone, and other tools needed to complete the tasks.
Requirements:
- Experience reviewing telecommunications invoices and auditing expense.
- Telecommunications industry experience, preferably with both landline and wireless services.
- Advanced Excel skills; Access is helpful.
- Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize workload. Strong problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter willing to take initiative and work both independently and as a team member.
