Solar Lights (Pty) Ltd is looking for a qualified and motivated Technician – Solar & Product Repair to join its team.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Diagnosing and repairing faulty solar products and accessories.
- Testing repaired products and maintaining accurate repair records.
- Assisting with warranty fault analysis and reporting recurring product issues.
- Managing damaged products, spare parts, and harvested reusable parts.
- Installing Solar Home Systems and troubleshooting faults at customer households.
- Travelling to remote areas across Lesotho, including locations that may require walking long distances.
- Preparing monthly technical and repair reports.
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma or higher in Electrical Installation, Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Solar Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Good technical, troubleshooting, and record-keeping skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively and work in remote areas.
- Relevant practical experience will be an added advantage.
