• Minimum of COSC/LGSCE (matric)
• Added advantage of at least 1 year experience in climate control operations and cannabis cultivation
• Added advantage on basic computer skills (Microsoft excel & its functions).
• Innovative, hygienic, quality, precision, target oriented
• Basic knowledge of arithmetic’s
• Patient, good attitude and good public relations
• Ability to produce reports
• Ability to understand and execute given instructions
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to lead a group of people.
• Excellent skill to read and understand plants and their climatic requirements.
