The key purpose of this role is to be responsible for the company’s network infrastructure and devices as well as supporting the end-users on a daily basis.
Key outputs and responsibilities:
- Under this role the incumbent shall be responsible for the company’s network infrastructure and devices as well as supporting the end-users
- The incumbent will be tasked with monitoring and attending to computer systems and applications as well as their configurations and diagnosis.
- Also in the role shall be generic tasks of software and hardware installations and maintenance as well as keeping systems and devices up-to-date
- Be responsible for all business tech equipment and devices, as well as their inventories, installations, maintenance and replacement
Key attributes and competencies:
- Broad knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Diverse knowledge of various operating systems and platforms
- IT network(s) creation, planning and management
- Good knowledge of commercial applications as well as data handling and reports creation
- Good knowledge of current and emerging technology trends
- Ability to work effectively with agility under pressure
- Highly technical and critical thinker
- Good communication skills
- Highly ethical and well organized

Profile:
Education And Experience:
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or Engineering, or Related field
- Two Years working in an IT environment
