We are currently seeking a motivated Technical Sales Engineer Trainee to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals looking to gain real-world experience while contributing to exciting technical sales.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Studies, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Passion in achieving sales targets
- Strong interest in both technology and customer-facing roles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Previous experience or internship in technical sales or a customer-facing technical role is desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying customer needs and providing pre-sales technical support.
- Learn and understand the company’s product portfolio (software, hardware, and services).
- Participate in technical product presentations, demos, and client meetings.
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and product teams to create customized solutions.
- Support the preparation of technical proposals, quotations, and documentation.
- Help set up and manage proof-of-concept deployments or pilot projects.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market needs, and product advancements.
