Tenders are invited from interested consultants for Evaluation of World Vision Lesotho’s (WVL) Technical Programmes (TPs) in implementing districts.

Mohale’s Hoek: Phamong AP, Mpharane AP (2)
Quthing: Mokotljomela (1)


Terms of reference shall be available online, from Friday the 10th September 2021, at a non-refundable fee of M200.00 (Two hundred Maloti).


Submission of tenders should be on or before Fruday the 24th September 2021 at 12:00hrs. For detailed explanation of how to do this, read to the end.


Proposals must be send by email to: COUPA- World Vision International procurement online system containing One Technical proposal (Zipped folder) named: “Technical proposal for TP Evaluation” and Financial proposal (Zipped folder) labelled “Financial proposal for TP Evaluation”.


All the consultants are advised to note that they are expected to be in compliance with their tax obligations by attaching copies of:

 Certified Traders Licence
 Company Profile
 All certified at their source.
