We are now hiring for Technical Support positions. In this role you will work from your home office receiving inbound calls for the duration of your shift, providing technical support and a top notch customer experience for one of the most popular companies in the world! It would be ideal for you to have 1 year of technical support experience and 6 months of customer service experience. However, if you do not have 1 year of technical support experience it not necessarily a deal breaker. We understand and embrace career changes. - We require technical savviness: If you know how to navigate through a smart phone, use smart phone apps and how to use a CPU with no challenges then we can work with you!
- We require that you understand search engine research concepts: If you use search engines on a regular basis then you are familiar with key word searches and we can work with you!
- We require multitasking skills: If you have the ability to work with more than one software window at a time while talking with your customer and inputting data without challenges then we can work with you!
- We require you to be a problem solver: If you are able to think quick on your feet and find solutions for you customers then we can work with you!
- We require you to have a positive attitude, tone, approach as well as empathy: If you are a Friendly people-person who understands the importance of empathy and professionalism we can work with you!
- We require you to have active listening skills with the ability to confirm what you heard: If you can listen to your customer’s issue and confirm it with them, then we can work with you!
- We require undoubted willingness: If you can express to your customer that you are here to help them, then we can work with you!
- We require instructional Guidance skills: If you are a leader who can provide clear instructions and guide people through steps with no challenges, then we can work with you!
- We require the ability to follow directions: If you can follow directions in the order in which they are provided with no challenges, then we can work with you!
- We require satisfaction guarantee: If you can ensure your customer is satisfied with the support you provided by simply asking them prior to ending the call, then we can work with you!
- We require great attendance and punctuality: If you can show up for work as agreed and commit to no infractions in your first 90 days then we can work with you!
- We require coachability: If you are willing to be receptive to coaching and make the changes as required, then we can work with you!

Home Office Requirements
- High speed cable internet 10 mbps download and 3 upload. Satellite internet not acceptable.
- Have a distraction free workplace that will allow you to meet our requirement of working independently without other parties being in the workspace during scheduled shift.
Additional Requirements
- Successfully complete a technical assessment
- Type a minimum of 30 wpm’s
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Authorized to work in the USA.
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Successful completion of a background check including employment verification
- Must have the flexibility to work any shift between the hours of 11:00am-10:30pm CST; Monday through Sunday including holidays.
- This is an At-Home or remote position and can be done from your home most anywhere in the United States that has available internet infrastructure. Exceptions include: California, New York, Washington DC, Alaska, Hawaii, Maryland, and Massachusetts
