RESPONSIBLE TO : SENIOR TECHNICAL OFFICER
Purpose of the job
To carry out maintenance and repair works of sanitations, flashings, sheet metal, geysers, leakages, blockages, gutters and down-pipes, brazing, fire sprinklers and piping etc.
Main Duties:
1. To carry out maintenance and repair works of sanitations, flashings, sheet metal, geysers, leakages, blockages, gutters and down-pipes, brazing, fire sprinklers and piping etc.
1.1 Assesses complaint
1.2 Collects and prepares material for maintenance
1.3 Maintains/repairs.
1.4 Paints repaired works.
2. Prepare monthly reports on work done
2.1 Collect data on the job done and compile a report for onward submission to Senior
Technical Officer
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
EDUCATION AND TRAINING
Certificate in Plumbing and Sheet Metal Work (not less 2 to 3 years academic training) from L.T.I / T.S.L / Leloaleng.
Or
Certificate in Plumbing and Sheet Metal Work not less than 1 year academic traing from Bishop Allard, Opportunities Industrialisation Center plus 2 years working experience. OR
Trade test 13 with 3 years relevant experience OR
Trade test C with 5 years working experience.
