Job Purpose
To repair and service all Nashua products within the franchise area, including copiers, printers, MFPs, and associated desktop support. The role also involves installations, customer training, and maintaining service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Repair and service Nashua copiers, printers, and MFPs
- Install MFPs, lay cabling (if required), and train customers on new products
- Use the Service Now platform via the Workwide app to manage service calls
- Maintain accountability for all issued stock
- Communicate effectively with the Technical Manager and Service Coordinator
- Complete documentation professionally and on time
- Meet Nashua’s service level requirements for training and field performance
- Be open to cross-training across technical lines of business
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12
- 2–3 years field experience
- A+ and N+ certification or PDI+ certification
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Completion of iLearn / My-Ricoh development modules (advantageous)
- Experience with Microsoft Suite products
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Willingness to work overtime when required
- Experience in office automation, printer installation and repair, and CCTV systems
- Basic electronics knowledge
- Well-presented with strong communication and writing skills
- Customer-focused attitude
