Roles and Responsibilities
- Completion of project governance sheets
- Representing the country manager as required
- Registration of new vendors/client CCRAF
- Registration of OMS
- Attending opportunities meetings (internal and external)
- Supporting SA team working on Lesotho proposals
- Printing, binding, and packaging of proposals email from SA
- Collection of information required on projects.
- Identifying opportunities
- Updating of OMS
- Completion of the PRAF, PRC
- Assist in registration of projects on BST
- Collection of data required in projects/tenders.
- Compilation of proposals
- Reviewing of proposals
- Assisting in preparation of tenders and attending tender meetings
- Calculation of professional fees and coordination of the fee proposal with commercial
- Costing of proposals
- Compilation of Bills of Quantities
- Updating documents and maintaining documents
- Assisting on projects
- Managing the Site Management System
- Maintaining SharePoint project data in good order
- Writing of minutes
- Overseeing the OHS issues of the office
- Assisting the Country Manager with the strategy documents:
o Budgeting
o In completion of strategic templates
o Participating in writing of strategic reports
o Attending Tenders Meetings
o Resourcing of tenders
o Communication with partners during tendering
o Printing and wrapping of tenders including submission of such.
o Renewal of business licenses
o Maintaining database of CVs
o Supporting Zutari’s strategy
o Getting work
o Choosing good partners
Minimum Requirements
- A dynamic individual with minimum 1-3 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor/Civil Engineer along with experience gained in a commercial environment
- Relevant Bsc qualification
- Must be proficient with Excel
- Must be proficient of compiling estimates and BoQs
- Must be in possession of the valid driver’s license
- Must be able to work independently
- Must be a Lesotho Citizen – non negotiable
- Must be good at time management
- Must be innovative and creative
- Must be analytical
- Must be willing to learn
- Proficiency in WinQS and Dimension X shall be an added advantage
- Management accounting shall be an added advantage
