Qualifications and Experience

  1. BA Pastoral Care and Counselling OR equivalent
  2. A minimum of 3 years experience in a reputed tertiary institution
  3. A qualification in Educational Psychology/Psychology would be an added advantage

Job Responsibilities:

  • To provide care and counselling to student population
  • Student governance management
  • Ensure community engagement is done inline with institutional objectives
  • Plan, facilitate and monitor student internship placement
  • Alumni engagement and management
  • Student welfare management
  • To monitor team members adherence to the quality management system at all times and take relevant action where necessary
