Qualifications and Experience
- BA Pastoral Care and Counselling OR equivalent
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a reputed tertiary institution
- A qualification in Educational Psychology/Psychology would be an added advantage
Job Responsibilities:
- To provide care and counselling to student population
- Student governance management
- Ensure community engagement is done inline with institutional objectives
- Plan, facilitate and monitor student internship placement
- Alumni engagement and management
- Student welfare management
- To monitor team members adherence to the quality management system at all times and take relevant action where necessary
