Qualifications and Experience
- Master’s Degree in Business and Accounting
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience working with Botho University
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the team members and the learners are following the teaching milestone
- Planning and preparing teaching notes & class activities for the lessons.
- Ensure classroom delivery is done by the team members for all batches as per Botho University norms and standards
- Maintain own batch file and ensure proper maintenance of batch files for the team in accordance with the Quality Assurance Policy
- Publishing research papers/articles/journals/books in specialist subject area.
- Participation in conferences, seminars etc
- Preparing internal assessments and support Module leader in the creation of Question bank
- Handling the institutional resources appropriately
- Contribute to the departmental development (e.g. Community development activities, proposing new programmes, networking)
- Achieve CPD points as set by the University
Skills:
- Ability to teach core modules in the respective streams
- Ability to handle practical/labs where applicable
- Excellent verbal and Communication Skills with good attitude
- Ability to set quality Assessments
- Research driven
