Academ-iQ Multinational School is looking for a dedicated and experienced Teacherโs Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will also take on the role in leading both academic and boarding operations
๐๐ก๐๐ญ ๐๐จ๐ฎโ๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐๐ ๐๐จ๐ข๐ง๐ :
โข Overseeing and guiding lesson planning across all subjects and grades
โข Supporting and mentoring teachers to deliver high-quality, engaging lessons
โข Assisting with the daily management of the school, including classroom supervision
โข Playing a lead role in staff coordination, academic planning, and discipline
โข Supporting and supervising the boarding program alongside academic duties
โข Representing the Principal when needed
โข Fostering a positive, collaborative, and professional school culture
๐๐ก๐๐ญ ๐๐โ๐ซ๐ ๐๐จ๐จ๐ค๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ ๐จ๐ซ:
โข A Diploma or Degree in Education (Bachelorโs degree preferred)
โข At least 3 years of solid teaching experience
โข Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
โข A team player who is passionate about education and helping others grow
โข Someone who is willing to be actively involved in the boarding school life
