As part of Automattic’s accounting team, we spend every single day helping our company and our investors make better decisions. We design and implement tax policies and procedures for a SaaS business with millions of subscribers. We work with tax authorities around the world. We report our results, at a public-company standard, internally and to sophisticated institutional investors. We meet tax and other statutory obligations globally. When we are not doing all of that, we do a lot of special projects. This position is focused on non-U.S. taxes.
We’d love to hear from you if:
- You have worked on non-U.S. indirect taxes like VAT/GST for at least two years.
- You have experience in non-U.S. statutory filings and income tax returns for multiple countries.
- You enjoy researching various non-U.S. tax laws and regulations.
- You wake up eager to check out the latest indirect tax news hitting your inbox.
- You love a dynamic, lean, fast-growing environment.
- You are highly motivated to learn new things and improve your skills.
- You have excellent verbal and written skills in English.
