PartnerHero helps some of the best startups in the world build globally distributed teams of customer service and technical support professionals. We’re currently searching for passionate candidates with excellent communication and relationship building skills — plus an amazing eye for talent — to join our People Operations team as a Talent Recruiter. As our recruiter, you’ll partner with team leaders to attract and onboard new employees.

  • JOB TYPE: Full-time (40 hours per week)
  • HOURS: Monday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM local time, occasional weekend work
  • LANGUAGES: English (fluent) (Additional languages are a plus)
  • LOCATION: Based in one of our worldwide hubs or remote if you have excellent recruiting experience

We have a US base of Operations in Boise, ID with additional employees throughout the US and all over the world (Honduras, Brazil, German, Japan, Spain, South Africa, and more).   • Partner with hiring managers and Lead Recruiters to determine staffing needs
  • Assemble, review, and post job descriptions for open roles
  • Look out for new and innovative ways to promote our open positions (job boards, social media, events, etc.)
  • Review applicants to determine whether they meet the job requirements
  • Screen candidates with in-person and online interviews, selling them on our company culture in the process
  • Coordinate additional interviews with hiring manager and other team members
  • Administer assessments (such as writing tests) for each role as needed
  • Perform reference and background checks
  • Make recommendations to hiring managers and follow up on interviews in order to get to a final decision about each candidate
  • Follow up with candidates to let them know the status of their application
  • Oversee the offer and hiring process once a candidate has been chosen
  • Be the point person on salary negotiations as needed
  • Stay current on the company’s organizational structure, personnel policy, and employment practices
  • Constantly look for ways to improve the application and recruiting process
  • Be a liaison to employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations
  • Complete regular reports on progress toward hiring goals


  • 2+ year of experience in recruitment role that included interviewing, screening, and tracking candidates through the entire hiring process
  • A passion for making people’s lives better by matching them with awesome job opportunities
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Above average knowledge of employment law in the U.S.
  • Strong technical aptitude
  • Ability to negotiate contracts confidently and empathetically
  • An ability to “read between the lines” in order to make sure we open the right roles and find the right candidates
  • A friendly, helpful attitude and a love of collaboration
