Job Description:
World Vision Lesotho is expanding its footprint in community transformation and sustainable development. As part of our long-term strategy to grow our grant portfolio and ensure program sustainability, we are building a Talent Pool of Specialists for upcoming projects across Lesotho.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate multi-sectoral development projects, ensuring timely delivery, compliance, and impact.
- A minimum of 10 of experience in economic inclusion programs and/or training of youth or entrepreneurs, and/or coaching and mentoring as part of community development preferably in sub-Saharan Africa;
- Must possess at minimum a master’s degree in economics or social sciences or in a related field;
- PhD in the related field would be an added advantage.
