How we work

eyeo colleagues are based all over the world. We practice agile and work in distributed, cross-functional teams that span nearly every timezone. Many of our tech teams prefer to work asynchronously.

What you’ll do

We are looking for a Talent Development Manager who can be fully dedicated to the progress and growth of eyeo employees. We want you to cater to the professional development needs of each of us in your own unique style. From leadership expansion to career framework, training and learning R&D, team analysis, and feedback monitoring, we want to see what works best for us and we would like you to find it, create it and implement it from beginning to end (well, not quite). You’ll have a team of very passionate people alongside you to help out ?

After your morning coffee, you’ll be expected to…

  • Drive the initiatives of a sustainable employee development strategy and its implementation for all areas of the company
  • Define, introduce and further create/expand leadership and employee development instruments (e.g. Career Framework, Leadership Principles)
  • Identify and implement the development needs of individual and target group-specific development measures
  • Consult leaders, HR Business Partners and employees on all aspects of personnel development, qualification and further training
  • Establish and further develop an external partner pool in the area of training, coaching and personnel development
  • Organize, implement and administrate internal and external training and further learning and development measures
  • Evaluate employee development measures in terms of quality, effectiveness, and cost
  • Drive company-wide projects, such as employee surveys, leadership feedback ( experience with Peakon or similar tools is a nice to have)

What you bring to the table…

  • Professional background in a comparable position implementing strategic and operational personnel development projects
  • Knowhow and experience in the conception, implementation, and evaluation of target group-specific personnel development instruments such as employee feedback, training, skill matrix, etc.
  • Ability to communicate with internal stakeholders of various levels from C-level to the team level
  • Organizational talent as well as structured and independent working methods
