  • Handle full life-cycle recruitment including setting search strategy, actively sourcing candidates, pre-screening, vetting, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates.
  • Cultivate a network of relationships inside and outside the organization in the loan originations space and ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios.
  • Identify target markets (Top 25-30 MSA’s) for Loan Originator sales talent, both inside and external sales.
  • Partners with business leaders to provide professional and expert consultation in developing and recommending recruiting strategies to ensure a successful search.
  • Optimize sourcing networks and use proactive methods to direct source candidates.
  • Establish and maintain expertise in our Applicant Tracking System (Oracle Taleo), Asana, Google Suite and other platforms to being able to navigate candidates through the workflows, providing guidance to hiring managers and business partners on their role in our System and making sure we manage from requisition creation to hire.
  • Create a best in class “candidate experience” in a timely manner with status updates and/or a timely disposition.
  • Stay informed of industry and functional trends while recommending innovative recruiting techniques.
  • Initiates contact with potential candidates for specific positions to manage assigned requisitions effectively and efficiently without compromising service levels.
  • Maintain legal compliance and facilitate any contract negotiation.
  • Complete additional Recruiting tasks as needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred 2-4 years recruitment, candidate research/sourcing experience.
  • Minimum three (3) plus years of professional work experience.
  • Requires two (2) plus years of comprehensive recruiting experience in the Finance, Banking, or Mortgage Sales.
  • 1 + years of talent acquisition leadership.
  • Mortgage Loan Originations and Branch acquisition experience a plus.
  • Two plus years of experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Strong market research capabilities with the ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, placing postings and advertisements, candidate management, and interview process management.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal clients and in external marketplace.
  • Understand and demonstrate expertise of recruiting principles and best practices.
  • Strong sourcing and networking skills with the ability to cold call as well as generate leads through creative social networking.
  • Must have outstanding phone interviewing skills to discern core competencies and refer the best of the best to hiring managers.
  • Must be able to demonstrate experience in behavioral interviewing techniques.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with others implementing HR staffing process strategies and programs.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Google suite.
  • Experience in Taleo a plus.
  • Ability to work without constant supervision and be accountable a must.
  • Highly detailed and organized with the ability to multi-task and work in a very fast-paced environment.
