Job Description

An exciting opportunity exist for young, talented, focused and ambitious individuals who wish to join our team and develop their career in the 2021 Graduate Trainee Programme with Maluti Mountain Brewery, arm of the world’s biggest brewery AB InBev.

Talent Acceleration Progamme is an education and training programme with work experience that is focused on giving candidates the skills and experience that employers are looking for. At its core, is work preparation, training and  high-quality work experience placement, therefore given the ever-increasing demand for quality talent within MMB, there is a significant need to create a talent pool that will be equipped with the requisite expertise, and be technically and professionally prepared to join a highly specialized workforce within MMB.

  • Minimum Degree from a recognized tertiary institution achieved within requisite timeframe
  • Minimum GPA of 70% and above
  • BCom Accounting
  • Logistics/ Business Management
  • Human Resources Management
  • Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering
  • Environmental Sciences (Background in Health & Safety and/or any equivalent area of expertise will be an advantage)
  • Computer Science or equivalent
  • Applicants must be Basotho nationals aged 30 years or younger
