Job Responsibilities
- 85% Data collection: Fill and complete online surveys on varying topics
- 10% Research of survey topics to full align with the requirements before filling them
- 5% Translation of data collection materials (e.g., surveys) into Spanish, if applicable and other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and meet deadlines.
- Strong customer service, oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management and coordination skills.
- Ability to follow basic instructions.
- Excellent attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize duties and workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with common computer applications, like Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn other applications quickly.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage varied responsibilities and communicate effectively with the team.
- Understanding of confidentiality and protocol.
- Ability to be in a stationary position for up to 8 hours.
