Major Requirements
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Forex trading, Gold (XAUUSD), and financial markets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to respond professionally to client enquiries via WhatsApp and other communication platforms.
- Good computer skills and ability to use digital tools.
- Attention to detail when handling client information, payment enquiries, and records.
- Honesty, reliability, confidentiality, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced trading environment.
