Supply of SUV

SUPPLY OF SPORT UTILITY VEHICLE (SUV)

Council on Higher Education (CHE) invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers for the supply of Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV).

The technical proposal must clearly show the specifications listed below:

REQUIRED SPECIFICATIONS (these are preferred specifications; bidders are not limited to these requirements)

1. Type: SUV;
2. Fuel: Diesel;
3. Transmission: Manual;
4. Engine Capacity: From 2.4
5. Seats: 7- Seater
6. Accessories: Tow Bar, Side Step and Nudge bar

The financial proposal must include the following:

1. Amounts inclusive of VAT;
2. Warranty Terms; and
3. Service terms which clearly specify the support that will be offered;

TERMS AND CONDITIONS TO BIDDERS

Bid proposals should be accompanied by the following:

• Valid Trading License;
• VAT Registration;
• Valid income tax clearance certificate; and
• Reference by three reputable organizations
